Support & contact
Amlak™ is a small product with a small number of accounts. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot. There is an email address, and a person who reads it.
1. Reaching us
One address for everything: problems, questions, access requests, security reports, deleting your account, or telling us the product is wrong about something.
We aim to reply within a couple of working days. If something is actually broken, meaning you cannot sign in, a figure is wrong or an email went somewhere it shouldn’t, say so in the subject line and it goes to the top.
2. Reporting a problem
The things that make a problem fixable on the first reply:
- Where you were. The page, and the property or lease if it is about one.
- What you expected, and what you got. If it is a figure, the number you expected and the number shown. That one line solves most of them.
- When it happened, roughly, and whether it still does.
- A screenshot, if it is something you can see.
Please don’t send us a tenant’s documents to illustrate a bug unless we ask. A description is nearly always enough, and it keeps their information where it belongs.
3. Getting an account
Amlak is in private beta and accounts are opened by hand. The consultation form is the front door: it is a short conversation about what you run and whether this suits it, and it reaches the same inbox as everything else.
You do not need an account to see whether Amlak is any good: the live demo is the real application running on a sample portfolio, with nothing to sign up for and nothing to break.
4. Everything else
- Deleting your account or your data: ask, and we will do it. See the privacy policy.
- Security issues: the security page explains what to send.
- Getting your data out: you don’t need us, because the income-and-expenses and rent-roll exports are in the application.
- Telling us what is missing: genuinely the most useful email you can send. The reason someone would not switch is worth more to us than a compliment.
